Context
An entire floor of an administrative building in central Chișinău, with offices and circulation areas, had to be brought up to the current standard: new finishes, rebuilt services, efficient lighting. The building remains in use for the whole duration, with controlled access and a strict timetable.
The task
The specification called for the complete repair of the 5th floor, including indoor electrical networks designed from scratch (design 031/2026-EEF/IEI): new distribution boards, lighting and socket circuits, LED luminaires, with all tests and as-built documentation. The deadline is fixed and every item in the estimate is backed by a norm.
The solution
We divided the floor into zones, with a schedule posted on site so that staff know each week where work is taking place. The preparation crew demolished and removed waste outside office hours; services were installed before finishes, and every circuit was labelled at both ends. Materials arrive in our own transport, unloaded at times agreed with building security.
The result
At handover the client received a floor with new finishes, efficient LED lighting, electrical boards with updated diagrams and test reports, plus the technical book and the reports for every concealed work. For us, the project confirms that the discipline of small sites works in an occupied government building too.
