Paving, pavements, car parks and landscaping
Paved pavements and alleys in towns and villages, repaired car parks, platforms, kerbs, outdoor lighting, street furniture and green areas around schools, town halls and administrative buildings. Earthworks are done with our own machinery.
What is included
- Earthworks, compacted crushed-stone sub-base
- 6 and 8 cm vibro-pressed pavers, large and small kerbs, channels
- Access ramps, tactile crossings and compliant gradients for accessibility
- Car park repairs: ceilings, walls, markings, drainage
- Outdoor lighting on poles, benches, bins, bicycle racks
- Green areas: topsoil, lawn, trees and shrubs
How we approach this type of project
It all starts with levelling and falls towards the drains: a handsome pavement that holds water is not a good pavement. The sub-base is compacted in layers and checked, kerbs are set on concrete, and the pavers are vibrated and sand-jointed. We work in sections so that pedestrian access stays open.
Materials and equipment
Vibro-pressed pavers and kerbs from local manufacturers (Petsimplast, Caracon Imobil, Cegoltar), graded crushed stone, geotextile, poles and outdoor LED luminaires. For parks we use vandal-resistant materials.

Questions about this service
Will the paving sink after a year?
No, if the sub-base is compacted in layers and checked with a plate test. The pavements in Călărași were handed over with a technical book and we check them periodically.
Do you work for residents' associations or private yards?
Yes, from 50 m² upwards, with a written estimate and a fixed deadline.
