Inteligent Instal started in 2022, in Chișinău, from Alexandru Abbasov's wish to change things for the better. Not only through construction, but through quality work, deadlines kept and results that clients and society as a whole can enjoy.
Looking at the construction market and at our tender experience, we understood that a low price can win a contract, but it does not guarantee that the project will be completed successfully. When an offer is not calculated correctly and the costs and resources it needs are not analysed from the start, it is the client who ends up bearing the consequences.
That is where Inteligent Instal was born: we decided to approach things differently and to offer solutions, not just prices.
For us, every project begins with an analysis of the execution methods, the choice of suitable materials, resource planning and a realistic budget. Our goal is quality work, delivered within the agreed deadline and without compromises that could affect the final result.
Responsibility continues on site. The Inteligent Instal team constantly monitors the progress of the works, coordinates the activities and identifies in good time the problems that could affect quality or the completion date. We believe that good organisation and the ability to anticipate difficulties make the difference between a promise and a real result.
Today we keep investing in people, equipment and more efficient solutions, with the ambition of taking on ever more complex projects. We do not consider that we have reached a limit. We believe in progress, in new ideas and in becoming better with every project.
We do not want to be the company that wins contracts at any price. We want to be the company that keeps its promises and sees every project through to the end.
Because success does not begin when you win a tender. Success begins when you can turn what you promised into reality.
