How we approach this type of project

A site manager runs the project from handover of the premises to acceptance. Work is done in the right order — services first, then wet finishes, then dry — and the schedule is posted on site. In occupied buildings we divide the floor into zones and contain dust and noise; we move the furniture ourselves.

Materials and equipment

Knauf and Rigips plasterboard systems, Supraten adhesives and skim coats, ceramics and granite from suppliers with stock in Chișinău, washable paints for public spaces. In the estimate every material has a manufacturer and code, so it can be checked.
