What is included

- Gutters, downpipes, snow guards, dormers and flashings
- Bituminous waterproofing on flat roofs and foundations
How we approach this type of project
We don't quote from the street: we go up on the roof, photograph and measure, then propose the solution in two variants if appropriate. Work is planned for good-weather windows, with temporary covering of open areas, and stripped material is removed daily.
Materials and equipment
Sheet metal and profiles from Metalica Zuev and Profmet Group, membranes and waterproofing from Bauconstruct, dry treated timber. The material warranty is handed over together with the workmanship warranty.

Questions about this service
Do you also do local repairs without replacing the whole roof?
Yes, if the structure allows it. We say openly when a local repair is only a postponement and when it is worthwhile.
Do you work in winter?
Urgent repairs and flashings, yes; new coverings and waterproofing are scheduled for temperatures suitable for the material.
