Heating, air conditioning and ventilation for public and private buildings
New or replaced heating networks in buildings that stay in use, radiators with thermostatic valves, installation and commissioning of air-conditioning units in the Government's administrative buildings, mechanical ventilation for toilet blocks and workshops.
What is included

- Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery or extract, ductwork and grilles
- Connections to heat substations, metering, hot testing
- Maintenance and service during the warranty period
How we approach this type of project
Heating work is done in summer, when the network is cold, and handed over before the season, with pressure and hot tests. Air conditioners are installed along routes agreed with the building manager, with controlled condensate drainage and secure outdoor brackets. Every unit is commissioned and handed over with instructions.
Materials and equipment
Air conditioners from Climatec and Avi Clima (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Gree and other brands of the client's choice), radiators and valves from Romstal and Simplex, ventilation ductwork from local manufacturers.

Questions about this service
Do you install air conditioners in buildings with restricted access?
Yes, we have supplied, installed and commissioned units in the Government's administrative buildings, with vetted staff and a schedule coordinated with the administration.
Can heating be replaced without closing the institution?
Yes, outside the heating season and in sections, by isolating parts of the system; at the USM Institute of Chemistry we worked with the laboratories in operation.
