Well-mannered and sharp: he speaks politely to everyone, measures twice and always has a reasoned answer. When a site is in order, it means he is there.
As calm as a spirit level: he doesn't rush, doesn't get angry and doesn't leave the site until everything is straight. For him, "almost right" doesn't exist.
